<p>3 lb. chicken<br />
2 quarts water<br />
2 tsp. salt<br />
1 1/2 c. chicken stock<br />
2 c. celery, chopped<br />
2 c. carrots, chopped<br />
1 tart apple, chopped<br />
1 c. onions, chopped<br />
dash pepper<br />
4 c. egg noodles</p>
<p><strong>Instructions</strong></p>
<p>Place chicken in kettle with 2 quarts water. Cover until tender (about 2 1/2 hours). Remove chicken from kettle and strain broth. Debone chicken and return to kettle with strained broth. Add chicken stock, celery, carrots, apple, onions, and pepper and cook until vegetables are tender. Add noodles and cook 8-10 minutes.</p>

<p><strong>Instructions</strong></p>
<p>In medium bowl, combine ground beef, rice, egg, cilantro, seasoned salt, and ice water; form into small meatballs. In large saucepan, combine broth with vegetables and garlic Powder with parsley. Bring to a boil; add meatballs. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 6 to 8 Servings.</p>

DIRECTIONS</strong></p>
<p>1. In a large saucepan, bring chicken broth and water to a boil. Stir in chicken, and season with oregano and pepper. Add rice, and reduce heat.<br />
2. Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat, and saute garlic, onion, carrot, and mushrooms until tender. Thoroughly mix in the flour. Transfer to the broth mixture.<br />
3. Stir milk into the mixture, and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 30 minutes.</p>
